Senior Bushfire Case Managers

Plenty Valley Community Health, a Primary Health organisation provides a range of primary health, dental, disability, health promotion & social support services to the growing communities of the outer northern suburbs of Melbourne.

 

We are seeking three full time, fixed term members to be a part of our support team based in Whittlesea.

The Senior Bushfire Case Managers will carry a caseload, supervise other staff and be responsible for a service portfolio of Information Sharing, Oracle & Case Files or Operations

Your caseload will involve assisting Victorians affected by the bushfires to regain control of issues involving finances, insurance, employment, education, counselling, health & legal services.

You will possess strong communication skills which will assist you in keeping a clear line of contact with your clients. You are able to be flexible & open minded in your problem solving and you are able to handle distressed clients with sensitivity & professionalism.

You will possess a Current Drivers License and be required to obtain a Working with Children Check.
